Closing Options Available To You
We take your health and safety seriously and want to provide you with the simplest and safest real estate closing experience. Please choose from one of the following options:
1.
Close in our DC office.
The conference room is sanitized and mask are required by all parties. Only those signing and their Realtor are permitted to attend closing. No guest and no children.
2.
Sign with a mobile notary
We will send a mobile notary to your home or office at no additional charge to you.
3.
Sign Electronically using Remote Online Notarization
This option is available for cash transactions or with lender approval on loan funded purchase and refinance transactions. We utilize Pavaso, a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved RON platform. There is no additional fee.
